Wonderful news, just hope she settles and enjoys. 59 years on your own is a long long time, surprised she has not turned on someone.

I have tears in my eyes. It's a perfect solution :-)   I hope in time she does get some elephant company, I read the diaries on the elephant sanctuary website and it's amazing how these animals can remember other elephants they met as youngsters (sometimes decades before) and how they interact.

Fabulous, it's about time, i hope that all the other animals are taken aswell.
For allowing this to happen for so long, it just shows how pathetic our animal laws are!!
