Hi,I have a "wee"problem!Ihave a light terracotta carpet, and where my pup has had accidents, its left dark circles, despite cleaning several times, the marks always come back,it looks grotty!Ive tried leaving towels over the cleaned spots till dry,but they still come back.Ive used bio soap liquid, washing up liquid and bleach, and urine off spray!Im not majorly bothered as I will be getting another floor covering once gwen is reliable, but meanwhile,Id like it to look half decent-any ideas, please?

cover up with a rag rug or something similar?

I have a similar problem only mine are rather random on lounge carpet so a rug wont work. I have learned to live with them until we get a new carpet in the not too distant future and after new pup is fully house trained.

Can you borrow a vax type carpet washer?  I've found that isolated stains seem to even out a bit after the whole carpet is treated.  Mind you my MIL does ours and she's so thorough it might be her rather than the Vax that is so effective! :)

thanks for your replies!Ive done it with my carpet washer but the damn things were back a day later!Im not that bothered, its just when people come, they must think I just leave the puddles!Maybe il try a couple of washable rugs. Was tempted to pull the carpet up and leave bare floor!Oh well, small price to pay to have Gwen!
