We will be holding an introduction to judging and critique writing seminar on may 14th at Hayes in middx, this seminar will introduce you to judging from the very beginning to writing and sending your critique.
This will be presented by Sally Pointon who is a ch show judge and has worked for the canine press for many years, and is currently the our dogs newsround columnist.
Included in the talk will be your responsibilities as a judge, ring management, how to assess a dog against the breed standard and also how to write a critique. there will be an opportunity for hands on and to discuss your critique time permitting, and will close with a questions and answers session.
On May 28th at same venue will be a KC rules and regs/ requirements of a dog show judge seminar and our speaker will be Rob Dix.
Cost for each seminar is £20 including refreshments and lunch, places are limited on both seminars, and both seminars are open to both beginners and more experienced judges who wish to top up their judging skills.

Sorry we have had to change the date of the judging seminar to sunday 15th may, this seminar looks to be a great day of much interest to anyone either wishing to start their judging career or more experienced judges wishing to improve their judging and critique writing skills.
