Hi All

My bitch has some little bruises around her nipples, not all of them just 4. Shes not in any discomfort and is still feeding the pups regular.

I was wondering if maybe the pups are causing it when they are trying to latch on and get the wrong bit? or maybe it could be their tiny nails when they are peddling?

Have you cut puppies' toenails?  I have to do mine every week, and they still seem to manage to savage my poor girl. :(  I also bought some Kamillosan (chamomile) cream, which is good for breasts!!!

You may well find that it is discolouration that stays around for quite some time after pups leave home.
