She has a soft hernia which is very common in Maltese, but has no problems with it

i just saw this ad and they say she has had 2 litters and you can breed from her for an extra £150 for kc papers! (price without is £1200) she is 2 years old.
isnt that a lot for a 2 year old maltese and should they have bred her with a hernia??
sounds disgusting to me, these money grabbers have no thought of the dogs wefare at all
