My 5 mth old girl has developed a rolled over 3rd eyelid or eversion.
Vet wants to sedate and try to unroll it and see if it stays in its normal position.
He does not want to operate if it happens again.
From what I've read on the web I think surgery might be quite usual?
I'm a bit concerned my vet might be out of his knowledge zone ( sounds arrogant but)
I'd love any contributions if anyone knows anything about it?

I would ask your vet to make a referral to the opthamologist.  They are the experts in this field.

Thanks, today he sedated her, checked the eye, no deformity or malfunction
Popped the 3rd eyelid back and it has stayed so fingers crossed it stays that way
Otherwise they will refer if it reappears
