I popped into H & B today, and as part of their buy one, get one half price deal, I picked up some Salmon oil capsules by mistake, now I'm wondering if it's ok to give these to the dogs.. I normally give FBO but for some reason picked up the wrong bottle.  They contain 1000mg of pure Salmon oil. 

Does anyone use these?     Any idea how much I should give?

I use Salmon oil for my dog's, and a lot of people use it rather than CLO, as to dosage I'm not to sure as the one I use is for dogs and the strength is different although I haven't heard of any problems with over dosing, at a guess, depending on the size of your dog ,I'd go for 1 every three days and if there's no adverse reaction then possibly one every second day ( thats assuming you have a large breed ).

Yes Labradors.  I have just pricked a capsule and shared it between the 2 of them.  I see how it goes :)
