Now I know that Border Collies are intelligent adaptable dogs, capable of almost anything - buy this one has gone a lot further than most!

Lol :) I always knew they were clever....blimey imagine a country run by Border Collies....that would make for some fascinating parliamentry debates :)

The banning of cars would be high on the agenda....free balls and agility equipment available in all parks....How to deal with vaccuum cleaners....or is it better to ban them from the country altogether.... :)

yes,and free flyball classes,free trips to the coast with the luggage rack full of sticks,compulsory sheep or chicken herding,collies to "shepherd", children to school,and"assist" with all human tasks!
