Scooby has always been a slow eater and never really that fussed on food (unless he has sardines or egg mixed in) but the last 2 days he has been wolfing his food down like he has never been fed !! He is eating loads as well as I usually give him a little more if he finishes the first lot quick and looks at me as if to say well im still hungry. When I normally add some more he will have a couple of bites then leave the rest but now he just seems to keep going !
Could be be going through a growth spert? Or could it be he has just decided he does like food lol.. He is having 3 meals a day so there no way he is starving !

Has he been wormed?

How old is he.  I certainly notice pups go through hungrier stages, and as long as they are not getting fat then I up their food accordingly, and yes it is usually a growth or stress phase.  Also of course up to about 4 months the amount being fed would be increasing, even if number of meals reducing..

He is fully up to date with his worming ect. He is 16 weeks now. Its not a problem it was just like wooooooooo steady boy lol. I figured it was prob a growth spert like kids, tell ya now Im gonna be broke at this rate I have 5 kids going thro a growth spert and now the puppy toooo hahahaha.
