Absolutely! I've been very unhappy with some panellists.

Definitely. I'm wanting to do a gonioscopy on one of my youngsters but trying to find someone in the North West who does it on a young dog is a nightmare.
I find it worrying the comment re. being unhappy with the panelists, if you don't trust them who can we trust?

If your prepared to come up to Windermere Sheila Crispin is first rate I no longer use anyone else.
You're VERY lucky satincollie. I used to see her at the RVC in Bristol and then used to go to her home when she retired! :)

:-D I know have been to her home aswell.

They are having an eye testing clinic at Malpas next Suday. It is usually Sheila Crispin, but you could give them a call and check. I got Beth's number out of last weeks Dog World.

I've called them a few times as they said they would ask her what's the youngest age she'll do but they haven't got back to me since sadly.

My last couple of tests have been done by Malcolm Davidson, but have normally have used Stuart Ellis since 2004.. he is superb.. great with the dogs, and also allows me to have a little look through the lenses to see wonderful things in the eyes... he is based in Preston

Stuart Ellis is probably the nearest for her .Thanks
Yes, I use him he's very good and based in Preston so not to far away.
Yep, Sheila's my local too ... you could come for a holiday & eye testing trip :-D
