I am looking for a breeder located within easy reach from the Greater London.
I would like to buy a puppy and take it with me to Moscow, Russia. That means I would need all the required documents etc. to cross the borders with my border terrier.

I will also appreciate if you could let me know what links in the Internet I can use to learn more how to help a border-terrier puppy grow into a good dog.
