We are protesting at Petworld again on Saturday 29th Jan at 12 o'clock. The address is Orpington Bypass, Badgers Mount, Sevenoaks, TN14 7AP. This is only 5 mins from Jct 4 of the M25. We had a good turnout for the first one last month and hopefully we will have more people this time. Please come along if you can or otherwise spread the word. There is also a protest at Dogs4Us, Waterloo Way, Bramley, LEEDS LS13 2EF on the same day at 1 o'clock. This video shows the reason for these monthly protests.

Just out of interest have these protests started to make any difference ?

We did stop this man trading at his old premises. There were other retail units there and they put pressure on him to stop selling puppies or leave as their trade was also being affected by it.
Apart from that there is all the publicity on various forums and the press. It is amazing the number of dog people apart from the general public who do not even know that it is legal to sell puppies in a pet shop. There are also the people we talk to or who see our signs, some of them might have been affected by buying sick animals and come forward with information. There are also the people who google puppy farms etc after seeing our protest. They will learn about it and the suffering involved and hopefully inform other people.
We need to raise enough awareness so that people realise that buying from a pet shop might be an easy option but not worth the risk of a sick puppy and vets bills or the behavioural problems that a lot of them have.

Lets hope the more you do the better the results get :-)
