Hi,

As some of you know from my previous posts my boss lost his dad in January. He's finding it hard , especially coming up to Christmas. He also works away from home a couple of days a week and says he misses him more then as when he is home he feels closer to him.

Im trying to find a nice poem to send him that may be of a little comfort but am struggling to find something suitable. Can anyone reccomend one , or a website to search for some please?

I would just write a card with your own words to say how much you know he is missing his Dad and that you are there for him if he needs to talk or just needs a friend.

Personal words rather than somebody elses words always mean more to people going through difficult times IMHO.

Thank you both. After what you said Lucy I did decide to use my own words and write a little poem to him. Not award winning but he liked it which was the main thing! Went along the lines of him always being a good friend to us and his friends are always here for him whether he is home or away etc.
