I'm confused, I don't know if I should keeping her nipples clean (pups 11 days) with say a baby wash perhaps or should I leave well alone?

i dont when pups are feeding from mum ,but saying that she she is full of milk i do wipe but only with warm water down the middle of them thats where it can get sweety and abit sore then i dry off with clean small towel xx

Similar, I just wipe belly, including teats, with warm water and dry off - all very gently :-)
