My girl had this condition as a young dog, her poop was tested and the vet put her on the right antibiotics to clear it up and then her poop was retested to make sure it had gone. I made sure she had plenty of fluid to prevent dehydration, but she was fine after her treatment.

how old is your litter? what size breed are they? I'm sure now on antibiotics this will start to clear up. What type of disinfectants are you using and what are the puppies kept on, bedding etc. You must make sure this is cleaned thoroughly and ensure the pups are drinking plenty to prevent dehydration. Also the puppies would need to have clear stool samples before being re homed.

Please bear in mind how highly contagious this is, and that it can be transmitted to humans easily.

I caught it visiting an infected kennel, and was hit severely, ending up in hospital and being put in isolation.

Not had it in a litter, one of my girls had it before a year old and unfortuntately was ill in the back of my car whilst away (didn't know what she had at the time) ... the clean up facilities I had weren't that good - ie a bin bag!! This resulted in contaminating myself ... I'm self-employed and my loss of income and vet bills amounted to a very hefty 4-figure number.

All I'd say is just make sure your hygiene is as good as it can be so that you don't end up cross contaminating yourself! It isn't pleasant. Antibiotics should clear it quite quickly. Hope they're doing ok now.
