When I came home from work this am I noticed a dog wandering around ,following mums taking ther kids to school ect,was still there when I took my dogs for ther walk,of course it followed us,as our road doesn't have pavement's,it nearly got knocked down a few times,cut a story I rang the dog warden,half an hour later the owner called at my house,she told me that she would have to borrow money to pick her dog up,yet she told me that she has horses,I could smell alcohol on her breath and I suspected there could be a welfare issue with her animals,she saw my labs and told me she used to have labs but her ex killed them and got 6 months in jail.OMG I rang the dogs home telling them of my concerns,but they told me if she pays the £25 they have to give her the dpog back.
