The report made me laugh with the statement "The offender is described as slim, about 5ft 2ins tall and with "large, bluey-brown" eyes."  The womans dog took a lunge at and a chunk out of a nearly naked man and she was looking at his eyes ROFL

That's a good one - however it was a terrier - it must have jumped up pretty high to get his arm.  You would have thought it would have bitten his ankle.
