OK, i know this is a long shot.  I went to a Pampered Chef party about 5 years ago and one of the recipes demonstrated was a Mexican Stack (I'm not even sure what it was called).  It was tortillas layered with chicken, refried beans, sour cream and other bits.  I think it was then topped with cheese and put in the oven.  Does anyone know what I'm talking about and have the recipe??????? :-S

Sorry havent got the recipe but what describe looks pretty good to me I would ad somepeppers chiilies and maybe some onions and serve with guacamole
