Bought Sainsbury own washing powder liquid-sound strange that but I am sure you know what I mean. It is the Basic range product I bought.

I put a drop in my hot water to mop my floors and it has taken away all dog smells.

Cleaned all paintwork/plastic dog beds/puppy pens and all smells fresh.

Cleaned patio with it-put a couple of caps in a bucket of hot water-left on for 30 mins-then rinse off- and it has taken all the urine smells away.

Think the bottle cost me £2 and will last ages.

It's what I always reccomend puppy buyers to do for the occasional mishaps on the carpet during toilet training.  Cheap biological washing powder (or liquid) diluted in quite a strong mix can be used to clean the "damp patches :) ", remove smell and stain and don't leave any ammonia smell which would encourage pup to use the area again.  Never tried it for outside, will give it a go this weekend instead of zoflora.

I need to do this and have been using something which is much more expensive.. Will check this out as I normally shop there, thanks for the tip.

I have been doing this for around 2 years.. you don't need to rinse off, I just allow it to soak.. and do this 3 times a day (I have a lot of dogs :-) )

I used to use the Tesco all in one lavender (just because it was the cheapest) not because I needed the softener lol.. but they stopped selling it in our little tesco, so now I just buy the basic one at 79p, and it does the same job, just without the pleasant lavender aftersmell

Another vote here for Tesco.   Morrisons value Bio Washing liquid is also good and cheap :)

I do this, as long as its Bio it will work.

i was amazed how it lifted the smell from outside.  Then i tried it inside and had good results.  i have wooden floors, which it didn't damage.

A friend of mine let a house out she owned to her friend who had 12 Paps-when the lady lived there no longer my friend went in to clear out the house and the smell was non to good-so she threw on all the floorboards several buckets of Bio Wahing Powder and left for several days-gave a good rinse and all the smells had gone-she thought it was magic-bless her she is in her golden years and as we think seen that done that but she did not know about this use of powder ,and she could not stop talking about it for days.

I use Persil liquid in my washing machine and because it's so thick and gloopy, when I finish a bottle I fill it with hot water shake and chuck it down on my paths outside....lovely!

Hi
I bought Zoflora for the first time and am very impressed with the lovely fresh smell.   Im not sure whether I should be using it in water by itself or should I add it to a bucket with detergent in it?   I have added a few drops to detergent in a bottle and I have added it to bucket of water and used with a mop?
Which is best?
My pup sometimes has an accident and it has been wonderful.   The house smells really good
Thanks
