Hi are these always prescription only drugs for dogs ?

Aurizon is an ear drop with AntiBiotic, antifungal and steroid in it

Maxitrol is an eye drop  - however seems to be a human one as it says do not wear with contact lenses !!! hahah

My bedlington gets itchy ears quite frequently so I like to keep the drops in and in the summer he tends to get quite grotty eyes - both things sorted within a couple of days with the drops.

Wondered if anyone had found a human over the counter version of them both ?

They're both prescription-only because they contain antibiotics, and it's illegal to sell ABs over the counter.

Has anyone found any other drops which can be bought over the counter - and work well ??

thornit :) if you do a search on here you will find numerous threads on it. that's for ears. worked where nothing else did.
