My boyfriends mum has sent me some photos she took of us in an email. They are in jpg format and when I download them they are too small to see. I can't find a way to change the format so that I can put them onto a folder in my pictures section of the computer. Have tried to save them first too and that doesn't work either.

Please help before the steam starts coming out of my ears! I am no good with computers and technical stuff :(

Ask them to resend them in theri original larger format.

A very good easy to use tool for photos that allows you to change sizes both visual and fi.e size is irfanview http://www.irfanview.com/main_download_engl.htm which can be downloaded free.

you'd be able to incresae the visual size but the quality would be awful.

Oh drat! Think I might just ask her if she can print them off and post them then.

If they were taken with her own camera just ask her to send them again as they are downloaded, not reduce them on her computer, or not so much.  She may need to send them one at a time or zip them.
