Hello new here
Many years ago I had an infestation of walking dandruff and I first used Alugan [sp] but that became a banned product !
I then had something in a small glass bottle that was mixed with water and the dog soaked in it and left to dry I remember it smelt awful but can't for the life of me recall it's name ?????
My friend has recently bought a puupy and introduced 'walking dandruff' to the rest of her dogs and after trying Frontline and various shampoos is getting no where .....
Do you remember the product I am referring to ??????
Thanks for the reply . It wasn't called Aludex but I have been reading about that product.
I would recognise the name if I saw it ! Maybe it doesn't exist any more like so many other products that worked :-(
That'll be benzyl benzoate. Brilliant stuff! If you search for it on here you'll find where to get it. :)
I recently had a litter who picked up the dreaded walking dandruff from mum. Did the whole litter and mum with Advocate and it cleared up in a couple of days. Another option to think about :-)
