hi wondered if anyone can help me as i am having trouble with i tunes, everytime we try and open it it takes ages to come up but before it eventually appears it sends my printer/copier/fax machine into a frenzy of flashing lights and dash symbols on the little printer screen. I have to turn off the printer in order to get it back to normal.
the printer is wireless connected to our pc but wired to connect to our laptop, the laptop then decides it doesn't recognise the printer and we have to take out and put back in the usb cable.

I did ask today in the apple shop but because their knowlegde is limited on pc's they suggested uninstalling i tunes and then reinstall but i'm worried of loosing all our brought tunes.

Put all your music onto an ipod then download sharepod and save it all in there.  Then you can reinstall itunes (or not bother and just use sharepod, which is what I do!)

Just do an internet search for sharepod to find it.
