looking for a cheap document courier to russian fed, as post there using normal mail service, is so unreliable. DHL want £45 to send a large letter!!!!! Can any one recomend a cheaper option please?

Sam have you checked with Royal Mail for their signed for, tracked, or guaranteed delivery options?  I think Russia is priced as Europe.

Alternatively Parcelforce are quite competitive for smaller items.  Both can be checked via Royal Mail here

I think we've used Transglobal at work to send documents to Russia before (we have a couple of people who work out there).

I'm not sure what the charges are like, but their website is www.transglobal.org.uk
