Deoends if you are adding the 3rd person ot the other 2, so all dogs will be registered in the ownership of all 3 form then on, or if you are taking out a "seperate interest" so maintaining the original affix with just 2 people, but then adding a 3rd person on on the additional one - if you go that route then both "interests" will require the annual maintenance fee. Have jsut read this over, and it sounds less than clear, so here is an illustration: A Smith & B Brown are joint holders of affix "Smurffs". They can add J. Smith to the holders of this affix for a one off fee, and all dogs form then on are registered as "Smurff XXX" Breeders A Smith, B Brown & J Smith, the usual single annual fee is payable. Or they can keep that affix just as it is, carry on paying the annual fee, but also apply for same affix with a seperate interest, in the names of all three, and from then on "Smurffs" dogs can be registered in the ownership of A Smith & B Brown ( the original ownership) orA Smith, J Smith & B Brown (on the new seperate interest), in this scenario 2 affix maintenance fees are payable, as you have 2 lots of ownership registered. Obviously, the correct owners have to be listed for dogs being shown or registering litters, so transfer fees will be payable too.
