My dog developed a boil looking like on his head. It has grown in the past 3 months and appears to have fluid in it. I keep checking the base of the boil and it is above the skin . Anyone heard of such a thing?

I could speculate as to what it is, as I am sure a lot of the posters on here could but really it is impossible to diagnose things on the internet. Three months is a long time to leave something growing without seeing a vet.

Blunt and to the point Im afraid. Why on earth have you left it for three months, and not taken your dog to the vets?

If you had developed a similar condition would you wait three months then ask around for best guesses or would you go to a doctor!!?? Don't wish to sound rude but perhaps you ought to ask the expert:(
