Just wondered if anyone can answer this question.

If i say block someone is there anyway that they can see that i'm still on fb? So for instance when i comment on a mutual friends status would they be able to see me or would i come up fb user or would i just not show up at all?
And say a mutual friend commented on my fb would they be able to see that had happened from the normal updates on walls etc? So mutual friend would normally say "joe bloggs wrote on levi's wall", could that be seen by person i have blocked. Would i also show up if i commented on photos or was tagged on photos which are mutual friends?

A lot to answer i know, but just wondered how blocked it becomes when you apply it..Basically would it seem to the person i blocked that i've completely come off the social site?

if you block someone they cannot see what you do at all, and you then do not see anything they do.

Also say i commented on a mutual friends status, would it show on their account that say there are 6 replies and they would only visually see 4 because 2 of which are mine and they won't see those?

yes, they shouldn't see anything at all. You could test it by telling a nice friend that u will block them, then write on a mutual friend wall and get them to tell you if they can see. You can unblock them after!

You have to change your security levels also as other people will be able to still see what you write unless you put in your security that your page can only be looked at by your "friends only".

You can do a limited block or something.  so only that person doesn't see but others can like friends of friends.  i never got to grips with trying to do that and ended up deleting them when I unblocked.  I know you can block your wall from that person without it affecting anyone else.

'm slowly deleting people and have blocked one person, so we'll see how we get on..

At this rate i'll end up with a few close friends, some work colleagues and the rest will be full of CD'ers and other doggie people.. Some may say there is something wrong with that ;-)
