Tensions in my household are rising slightly, dogs are doing things that I would not normally expect them to do as we have abandoned routines (did we ever have any?!), as we're all fitting in around the pregnant girly. It's now 10 1/2 weeks we've been waiting for the arrival of the pups and they're due on Tuesday (yes, I know dogs are pregnant only 9 weeks ... my girl did not read The Book of the Bitch, not at any stage during season, mating, nor pregnancy :-) )
Whelping room/box all set up and ready to go ... she's not using it, she slept in the loo last night!!! I'm now house bound, just in case she pops early (and I'm waiting in just in case the doggy nosh is delivered today), so just wondering what other CDers do whilst they're waiting for their much planned and anticipated arrival of the patter of tiny paws?

i read the book of the bitch back to front, watched tv, ate, red bull, bought loads of magasines and did the puzzles then read the book of the bitch again for about the 10th time, lol, hopefully it will happen soon, congrats for when it happens, sami xxxx

I'm watching Wimbledon. Have now reached 1st of 2 possible due dates with my breed that virtually never goes to due date, and am starting to wonder if I should take her to vet! Still, my friend's (same breed) bitch went over by 2 days, unheard of with us, and puppies were all fine, so fingers crossed. She was a bit restless last night but I'm thinking now she was just hot, as she's been fast asleep on the sofa all morning!

Ah, someone after my own heart ... I'm currently painting - not, I hasten to add, anywhere near where my girly might whelp. Actually that's not true ... wherever I am she is!!

we were a bit like that with my OH's eldest daughter last week.

In the end they left her a bit too long, baby turned half way out 11lb 8oz, Mum hemmorraged and we had a stressful time with Mum!!

All's well now and Hermione!! was named a bit later than planned and OH has 5 grand daughters!!!!!!!!

Well, this is how I've filled in time so far. Yesterday I apparently upset Beverley Cuddy!! Yikes! Today I got deleted - twice!! Also today I have managed to sort out a whole bedroom and clean it and get rid of tons of junk that should have been gotten rid of years ago. I've yet to lay a carpet :-)

Well, I Twit, sorry but I do! So does she. Now she was Twitting about the Watchdog thingy and slagging it off before the committe has even been formed. Me being an optimist (certainly this week) suggested she just wait and see. Then she went off on a major rant (she did actually apologise after some rantings). But she's ranting about something that's not yet up and running, also majorly slating off someone I know and respect a lot (though that didn't come out). Anyway, I let her rant ... obviously a raw nerve. But then suspect anything remotely to do with the KC is, good or bad!

So I had a good day yesterday what with inadvertently upsetting people I've not even met and managing to get deleted of CD, on more than one occasion ;-)

Today's better though, as puppies have finally arrived ... can I get that one in without being deleted, pretty please Mod?!!!!
