Somewhat speechless

A guy bought a lead from me on Tuesday, I posted it to him on Wed morning and it arrived today, just got a message from him saying sorry and he had clicked the wrong box and left me a Negative feedback but with this comments   'Excellent product, Super fast delivery, Many thanks'

You do wonder at times!!!, so now we have to go thru the whole rigmarole of 'feedback revision. Ggggrrrrr.

I, on the other hand, have just 'won' a DVD (well last week) only to be sent a message from ebay to say they have withdrawn the listing, and I have to try and claim the money back from pay pal (luckily I paid through them).  This apparently can take ages.
