my 2 bulldog bitches  had falce pregnancys could  the hormones have any thing 2 do with it.because we used adiferent stud dog on each one. has any body heard of it. thanks      leah

There are two different questions here - phantom pregnancy is always hormonal although perfectly normal and is left over from the days when our dogs lived in the pack situation and all females came into lactation but only one bitch bred.

The reason both your bitches missed could be anyone of a number of reasons, what tests did you do to check they were ready for mating.
