I have fifteen years experience with the Poodles. I have owned a Miniature Poodle and a Toy Poodle and would happily answer any questions anyone would like to ask on any aspect of the breed. I would be more than happy to answer questions from prospective owners and current owners. I am not a Vet but my knowledge level is high (sorry if I sounded like I was blowing my own trumpet there). Please feel free to leave questions for me under this heading and I'll answer them to the best of my ability as soon as I can

Hi Kirsty

Do you have a particular area of expertise with poodles such as training, health, pedigrees, grooming, breeding, showing ? These might help people decide which subjects to come to you for specifically.

As we progress in our chosen breeds, although we cover all of these many of us tend to become more experienced or expert in one or two subject than others, depending upon where our areas of interest, research and expertise lie.

I am familiar with training them and health aspects such as breed related problems that they may suffer from. I am also willing to advise first time owners who are unsure what to expect in terms of coat care, as the Poodle, like the Bichon often turns up in rescue with the coat in terrible condition. So, I can cover grooming too. I have never shown Poodles, however, I leave that to my friend's family who have seven beautiful Gordon and Irish Setters that they show and breed.
