Hi , am looking for ideas for an activity that all of us at our work can do. Sort of like a team building thing , but really it's an activity that we can all have fun together doing as we're a good team anyway. -- Hope you can get my drift what I'm meaning!!
Anyway , it has to be something we can do after 7ish pm cause we're not all off on the same day. And something that is suitable for 7/8 people ( lots of these sorts of activites are designed for larger numbers). was thinking along the lines of bowling etc but a little different! :)

I know our local Kayaking centre does team building sessions, so that maybe of some thought. You all get to go out and then work as a team to do different things whilst on the water.. Can be dependent if on tidal waters though. If for the summer this would be ideal when the weather warms up again..
Not sure how late Paintballing places stay open until during the summer, but again this maybe something to think about by pitting your team against a team of unknown others.. Thats always fun.
ETA: What area/location are you looking at as some local people on here may know of some very good places or ideas..

We're in Shropshire , close to Shrewsbury. Paintballing sounds fun but a couple of our group are lethal so maybe something a little less possibly harmful?? ;)

Not that i've heard about , but that sounds fun! Will have a google :)
That looks great but there isin't a centre close enough for us to get too quickly and I can't see if they're open later enough. Will definately keep it in mind though!

That looks great - definately going to suggest that one! Maybe even the It's a knockout one too :)

We have had a couple of work days out lately, clay pigeon shooting and ten pin bowling. Both were great fun
Crate stacking is another good one, we have taken over the local scout camps on 16th June and we are doing shooting, archery, crate stacking and pioneering. The instructers are all ticketed and we have given a donation to the scouts. Lunch is setting fire to whatever doesnt move quick enough!!!

Leeds castle in Kent has a Go-Ape centre - or an equivalent.

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone for all their suggestions! Till we can decide what to do , the boss has suggested a picnic tomorrow evening with some food , sparkly wine , music and some games ( twister and rounders being a couple! ) - And probably some big umbrellas too by the looks of it ;)
