Can anyone help have searched the red book and on line and I can't find what I need.

Some while ago the Kennel Club made a new rule about the number of shows a society could stage according to the numbers of entries per class, think to run 2 shows per year it was 4 per class. They then had second thoughts about group open shows and published different rules as it applied to them, which includes details of the breeds that require to be classified and the % of the group that have to be classified, it was in the Gazette and I cut it out and filed it safely, so safely that I can no longer find it.

Can anyone point this fool in the right direction please.
