I entered Bath online so got the usual email saying plase log on and download your passes which I did, now how come a week later more passes have arrived in the post. Have they completely lost the plot?!

Yet another Higham error which of course will  be YOUR fault.  Wonder they have not charged you extra for the privilege !!!

If you entered by post then they would be sent to you, but you still get the email notification.
