I'G GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM TBO
Call them and yet again even though you put in the correct details they will make you pay again for the blip in their system. Happens alot more than they will admit. There is a tidy extra profit being made by Higham and Fossedata for something that saves them time and money, the "surcharge" to enter online for a start.
Having entered shows in mainland Europe and Ireland for several years, all online, NO surcharge, No extra adminstration fee to corrections, well have not had one that needed correcting except for the World Show this year and I was able to do so over the phone when I realised my mistake and not charged a penny extra.
What a contrast to a friend this year who entered a show via Higham and though she correctly ordered one catalogue the checkout kept showing 4. She was told to go ahead then phone and correct it. Low and behold she was charged £7 for the privilige.

I had the same with Higham about a catalogue, I didn't bother changing of course as that was going to cost more than the catalogue!!
At least she got £1 back, most expensive catalogue to for years, it will have cost £11 for the group catalogue for 1 show! They really are taking the Michael. Yes we can all do postal entries but then they still get it wrong and blame it on our hand script even though mine are typed out. At some point we all will be on mainly online entries once cheques are abolished, though of course we should be able to use cards on paper entries but then they will fine us for that!

I must be one of the lucky one's anytime I have had a problem with online entries I phone whichever printer it is and have it fixed and never had any extra charges.
Blackpool being one where a friend whose car I drive had forgot to order a carpark pass would have cost us £10 on the day, I phoned the printer they took payment over the phone with no extra charge, I was quite willing to pay the £1 admin charge is asked for it.
A car park pass is not something that would affect the catalogue compilation so you can usually purchase on direct from the show secretary up to a few days before the event anyway. It maybe how well you are able to "sweet talk" the folk on the phone at Fossedata or Higham LOL! Speaking to someone at an Irish show today they mentioned they had missed SC entries and had phoned up just last Monday (entries online closed on 30/04) and they were told to send in an email with the details on and then telephone and pay by card with NO surcharge! Must have been the kissing the Blarney Stone effect.
Just to let you all know i called them this morning explained what happened and was told i didnt include the details of the junior handler or it would of gone through, now i know i did.
So had t swallow it and pay the extra to enter my daughter in junior handeling, this is why i dont like dong on line entrys
