Just reminded about this problem with a link on another thread - trying to watch any video - youtube etc on my computer is dreadful - stops and starts and frankly is not worth watching.  It must be a broadband problem - when we moved a couple of months back our broadband worked well for a couple of weeks - and then it went back to this.  At our old place we got told that it was our equipment and that we would be charged for a call out.  Both computers are the same - we have run a speed check but I don't really understand these things - We have all new connections here in this house and so therefore I reckon it is the quality of the broadband provided that is at fault.  Has anyone had the same problem and managed to solve it?  Any ideas please?
