Hi, I've just been appointed Match Secretary for Frampton Cotterell and District Ringcraft club. We have a "match" on the third Tuesday of every month and I have a few Judge slots to fill. You don't necessarily have to be a qualified judge, as long as you know the basics and have enthusiasm and a general interest in dogs I'd love to hear from you.

The slots I need to fill are 15th June, 20th July and we have an amazing Garden Party show on the 31st August, I guarantee that will be fun and plenty of food provided! I also need 21st September and 16th November.

It's an evening slot from 7.45 till about 9.45, the Garden Party will be all day on and off but with plenty of breaks as we have lunch and tea there.

I can assure you all that they are a nice group, with some top class dogs, with great owners/breeders, and they don't bite.  I did their match just after Crufts and didn't get lynched.

Thanks for your support Barbara, I've had a couple of people contact me, but could do with a few more! ;) Needing new blood as they say. Even someone who is fairly new to the dog scene would be good as it might encourage them to go on and do a hands on assessment, judging exam etc.

Even if someone thinks they have no relevant experience, it doesn't matter, I'll be dragging Joe Bloggs off the street soon! As long as our judges have a general interest in dogs, that is all that is required.
