As some of you know I have my hands full with puppies at the moment but due to having my friends litter here I now need another dog run.
Have had a quick look but dont have much time to do so. I am looking for a 6ft by 6ft run would like it to be 3 - 4ft high and would be nice if at a later date could be used outside and maybe strong enough for slightly older pups.

The few I have seen u can't really tell the quality of the run from the pics, I tend to use dog health but can't see much on there.

Any ideas for a nice puppy run please!!!

I have two Crufts Freedom puppy  playpens linked together, Used as wheping pens, and then as outside playpens.. they are galvanised so dont rust.. they come in two heights... you can also buy extra panels and increase play area.

bought from Croft, who usually have a stand at Ch Shows.

be very carefull of the type you buy, I bought a puppy playpen consisting of panels similar to the dog cages that fastened together by 3 eyes on each end of panel which were connected by a pin through the eyes it was claimed these were suitable for both in and outdoor use if used indoors the pin stood proud of panels and in two seperate incidents pups jumping up on panel had a toe of front foot get trapped between end of panel and retaining pin luckily at first instance I was on hand and managed to free pup before any injury caused, while I was doing some work to modify problem the same thing happened with another pup again I was lucky in that I observed it via the camera/tv setup and was able to free pup within a few seconds. During the night or while out of house I hate to think of what injury could have occured to pups paws,
contacted supplier thinking they could make other buyers aware of a potential health hazard to other pups, response was we might print something in"NEXT YEARS" CATALOGUE. i passed matter over to trading standards who viewed my panels and could see potential for injury and took the matter forward

i had exactly the same thing 3 yrs ago, since then have always used the solid galvanised ones and recently bought a pen from croft, much much more expensive but by far a great quality and would recommend. i use mine for large breed and they are strong and sturdy.
