Now normally I would have just dismissed this, but this is a new one on me and seeing as I had a clicksafe password reset (which I requested) also go in my junk box, and I have been using my online account a lot lately,  my first thought was that I must have done it, but that thought only lasted a few seconds :)
I've passed it on to Lloyds emailscams, but please be careful if you receive this one

I had an email like this from HSBC (supposedly!) but as I don't have a HSBC account, it went straight in the trash!

Yer Iv been getting one from HSBC nearly everyday it reads exactly the same, like MsTemeraire im not even with HSBC, no bank ever contacts you through your email dont even click onto the link, sounds like the same person/ scammer.

I get so many - some from people that I do have accounts with, and others that I definitely don't.

Rather than make a boob, I always delete them.  Assuming that if it is a genuine one, they will just have to write to me.

my bank say they all always write to you with any on-line issues so i asumsume that must be the same for all banks.

I got one from HSBC telling me someone was trying to put £60000 in my bank! I'm not with them, but if you click on the link it takes you to an exact replica (or the actual but I doubt it) of the HSBC website
