I have one that isn't a huge fan of eating bones either. I buy from
TPMS and their chicken is minced carcass so very high in bone. I mix it with other meats and tripe to get the right balance.
I pay app 36p per 450g for minced chicken or tripe, and app 46p for best minced beef and minced lamb. I'm fairly sure I couldn't buy it much cheaper than this to mince my own.
Lamb breast is quite a good one to get them used to eating bone as it's nice and meaty too. Spare ribs are another. Try bashing their chicken til it opens up a bit and make sure to feed it at room temperature - they seem to find it more appealing when it's not cold from the fridge. You may find it all gets easier in good weather when you can leave them with a bone for longer. Even my fussy one has got much better over time and he didn't start on raw til he was 6 years old.
Good luck with it :)
