Was reading the KC Gazette, and see a few dogs have been disqualifed, and have breach of regulation F(1) 9.f, what does this mean??

Quote: A dog must at the time of enrty for a show be registered as required by the KC Rules and Regs in the exhibitors name (or registration or TAF) in the case of a partnership the full name of every partner must be given. in the case of dogs recorded as owner by a limited company, the directors and the secretary of the limited company will jointly be considered as the exhibitor of the dog for the purpose of show regs... a dog acquired subsequent to enrty having been made at a show may be exhibited by the new owner as the new owners property provided that an application for transfer has been forwarded to the KC before the show and the new owner has undertaken to abide by the Regs and conditions of the original entry form.
