My puppies are 6 weeks now, I have just noticed that a couple of them have some small little spots under the skin inside their ears (the spots are tiny) I have been changing food from puppy mush to some tinned food (Pets at homes 40 % chicken) to give them a change, I now am thinking I have been wrong to do this and think it may be the reason for the spots - what do you think?

Have they got pus in them like a spot a human would have.

If so, that is what my bitch had when she was about 8 weeks old (many years ago). My Vet said it was puppy acne and just use cotton wool to break the spots and keep clean with salt water. He also said that she would grow out of it. She did. (Knew she had become a spotty teenager!!!)
