We live near spalding in lincs and have a bitch who is 3 1/2 weeks sinse mating and wanted to get her scanned we asked at the vets tonight and they don't do it.
Anyone know of one near by that aren't charging a fortune!!

yes, my vet does and isnt expensive, it is the holbeach and fleet vet clinic, he is very good

Fab, I have to go there tomorrow to go and pick up some EDTA tubes for blood for OPTIGEN. We go to Best Friends opposite Boyds!

How much are the Ultrasounds, never had one done before just think it would be really interesting to see the pups!!

cant remember off the top of my head i'm afraid but somewhere around £30, it was a while back now when i had my girl scanned so may of gone up, i dont scan as a rule but one girl just gave me no clues!. I have used alot of different vets over the years and have to say he is fab.

our vet charges £30 for a scan and then a free one a week later if they didnt see anything first time round or couldnt quite say how many pups are there

I can highly recommend Ellwood and Briggs at Kirton. They are my "old" vets and the ONLY thing I miss since moving. Last time I was charged just over £30and  got  two print screen stills from the scan. I f I had a choice I would ask for Nigel Turner to do it but they are all excellent.
