hi all, i am thinking about giving my sky box up, way to dear, was looking in to a free sat box, does anyone know about this? if it any good ? sue
Although I watch little TV, I love my sky+ box!
By taking the free broadband, free calls and less line rental than BT, I'm paying less than I was paying BT and keeping my + box. :)

same as WC here, binned old phone company, saved a fortune allowing me to keep sky+, although i do spend most of time on computer, i couldnt live without sky+, however did we all cope before!

I have a friend who is a sports fan and has the Sky sports package. She's just moved house and ordered her internet from BT????????????
I actually know nothing about these things but am grateful to have a son-in-law who puts me straight! :)

Then it's AOL that needs to go. :) Keep your Sky box and don't have the extra expense of a new free sat box. :)
My friends always say that I can stretch a fiver further than anyone they know! :)

wehad the same but hubby changed to aol landline as the package was far cheaper but we have freeview built in to our tv. I've resisted Sky as I feel we watch enough tv as it is. :-)

Never had sky, and not really intersted. We have a Freeview box and have more than enough channels to watch!!! I always wonder how folk find the time to watch all the stuff thats on! Our broadband and phone is with TalkTalk which costs us £35 a months and that is with unlimited free phone calls at any time as long as each call doesn't last longer than 70 minutes but having said that you can hang up after 70 minutes and then redial the same number to start another free 70 minutes :) I have better things to spend any spare money on than watchin Sky - like on petrol for driving up and down the motorway to dog shows!!!! :) :) :)
