and can i ask - if i can't add a url for my picture on this forum - how do i add a picture on this forum please?

You can't add pictures to the forum.  But you can put a link to your picture on your profile - as long as you're not selling puppies. :)

You can add one picture to your avatar, which will show up each time you post :) just go to Options and Avatar and upload a picture from your PC, each time you want to change the picture you will need to delete it first then add the new one :)
