I would contact citizens advice, or see a lawyer. The first appointment is free at any lawyer that does legal aid. If you dont work or have a low income you could be entitled to legal aid.

I dont know if there is a governing body for vets. However I would think you have agood case for sueing them for negligence.

I am really sorry to hear what happened to Lady.

i speak too Lorraine alot after what happened
and she checks the board everyday
will pass the message on
she has sorted it though they have waivered the fees and are giving her compensation i also think the vet has been asked to leave.

It doesn't change things for Lorraine & Lady but glad to hear the vet's practice are taking action. Hopefully it will stop the same thing happening to anyone else.
