Topic Dog Boards / General / Flat feet or not?!

I was at ringcraft last night and was standing my pup when I noticed his front feet looked flat! They are meant to be tight.

As soon as I got home I was checking him and he looked fine, lovely nice tight feet, so I checked on different surface's, in the garden, on the drive, in the lounge, in the dog room, in the kitchen, on the bed! And all looked fine, could it be that at training (slippy floors) that he's standing odd as he's unsure under foot so is stopping himself from slipping?
There is rubber matting down the middle of the hall but he still stood flat footed on that!?

The dog room & kitchen floors at home are slippy but he stands fine on them. Confused!

Is he teething?   In some breeds, when pups teeth they flatten their feet or fly their ears etc.

Is he warm and hot and bothered / exited when at the training class,
That could well be the reason, Dogs can not sweat  the only place they can
cool them selves down is panting, and moisture is lost though their feet, they spread their
toes, to do this..

Yep he's gets excited at training, he loves it and last night he was more excitable than ever, so that could also be a reason...........you learn something new everyday!

Thank everyone :)
