Just a warning that we have had a call from 'Barclays' saying that the high court had ordered them to repay bank charges etc. The man was quite intimidating over the phone and could give mum her account number and sort code etc....didnt at any point ask her to confirm her identity BEFORE giving these details....but wanted her card number to confirm who she was so they could give her the £700+. At this point she had had enough and so had the man as mum refused to give her card details, he said...fine you wont get your money then. I'd hate for any body to fall victim to this, we have reported it to barclays and about to ring the police with the phone number (wasnt even witheld!)
