Does anyone have a British Bulldog and have they had there dog examined by the BBC?

I've been on the www and looked at what it entails, which is thorough going over by a vet who is experienced in the breed? Checking, heart, eyes, conformation and tail. Quote as the most common problem in Bulldogs is cherry eye and not, eye, hip issues unquote. As this is just an examination, there is no pass or fail, the vet can only say whether or not the dog in question is suitable for breeding. Bitches from 18 months, dogs used at stud annually. The results are confidential and anyone can choose to ignore the vet if they were to say it would be unwise to breed from said dog. What i would like to know (which is just out of curiosity, and everyone bulldog bashing) what do you get from the tests. If you dont get recognition or a pass to say your dogs conformationally healthy and by means of non-invasive tests. You have the knowledge of your bitch/dog can breath, heart sounds good etc but you have no proof. Or do you get a certificate? Anyone could lie and say the vet gave them the go ahead, not that her nostrils we too tight and she had major breathing difficulties. Its not a BVA scheme so you cant check for it and the KC have no records because its confidential. Its a good idea but i think the results should be made public like a critique written by a judge at a show, so prospective people can view the results and in turn we get a more conformationally healthier bulldog.
