Well, the family has started, sickness bug hit the little ones after going back to playgroup. It starts with a little tummy pain, go to bed and vomit in the night when asleep. It lasts 24-48 hours. The first one to catch it was 12months old, he carried it for approx 7days lasted 48hours. the others 24hrs with a headacke. My handicapped daughter caught it and we were scubbing, cleaning, washing bed linen, had her stood in the shower at 4 oclock in the morning. What a nightmare. Its spreading like wild fire even with all the bleaches and anti-bacterial cleaners. It reminds me of the old flu's when I was a child.
If the little one's get it, no food for 24hrs. Loads to drink if it doesn't stay down let them suck ice-pops. Get some fresh lemons, slice them add sugar and boiling water allow to cool or put in the fridge. That is excellent.

iv had a rotten cold and bad chest the last few days now so no doubt everyone in here will end up getting it,
just glad to get it out the way before Mum comes to stay in November ,
